Title Ten HQ is pleased to announce the addition of Chicago Title Insurance Company as an underwriter, expanding our underwriting relationships and providing additional resources to support our continued growth across Texas.
Since our founding, Title Ten HQ has worked with Westcor Land Title Insurance Company as our title insurance underwriter. Effective June 29, 2026, the addition of Chicago Title gives our team access to a second underwriting relationship while continuing our existing relationship with Westcor.
Expanding Our Underwriting Resources
Every real estate transaction is different. Adding another underwriter provides Title Ten HQ with additional underwriting resources and greater flexibility as we work to meet the needs of our customers and industry partners.
The addition of Chicago Title further strengthens the resources available to our team as we handle residential, commercial, refinance, and other title insurance transactions throughout Texas.
